Inside the Room Box

It's done!

Okay, well not DONE done, but the inside is! Check it out!

Tah-dah! Cool huh?

This is upstairs. I think maybe this will be the bedroom.

I love the border and the trim.

I think it's just enough room to be comfy cozy.

Well, probably more comfy with a bed in it. But still.

I love it!

This weekend I'll be sleeping here! Probably. If Wendy get's the bricks done. We'll see! I'll let you know, for sure!

No more night stand! No more alarm clock! YAAY!

- Miri

P.S. I just realized, looking at the blog, that I have posted more entries this year than in any of the previous FOUR YEARS! Wow! And it's only July! Huh. I must have a lot to say.

P.S.S. Yes, I am wearing my slippers and awesome giraffe pajamas in this blog entry. I lounged around in them all day. You know you'd do it if you could too.

  1. How cute is that!?! I love it and I'm jealous! Nice job!

  2. Miri,
Your little house is coming along beautifully!
I certainly can't blame you about the pajamas...I confess, I lounge around in mine more than I should!

  3. Hi Miri! Congrats on your new home! I love the cute shabby potential of the downstairs. Can't wait to see how you decorate your new digs! xo Jennifer

  4. It's yummy, Miri! You are so loved, hope you know that. And kudos on posting more often, we always wanted more of you, so press on!

Yay Miri!! I think your new place is awesome, and so much better than the stand with the alarm clock on it. The upstairs would be the perfect place for a bed, with lots of soft blankets and pillows. Best wishes in getting the bricks done, so you can soon be sleeping in your new digs.

  6. Thanks, Bama!

Thank you, Mandy! No reason not to lounge around in jammies if you can. We doll types are lucky that way. :)

Thanks Plushpussycat! Honestly, I can't wait to see how it turns out, either. I'm thinking that it's just a little home away from home, and maybe like a little place for traveling dolls to stay (not that we get a lot of those, but if you build it, they will come, right? Right.) :)

Thanks, Ann. Yeah... I guess I know I'm loved. She keeps telling me I'm spoiled, but I'm pretty sure that just translates to "the coolest doll I ever imagined and so I must continue to buy you things." Probably. And I'm glad you like that I post more. I don't want to bore people, but I've been feeling chatty. So that's for saying it's a good thing. I appreciate it. :)

Hi Bearpicnic! Thank you! And yes, almost anything away from the alarm clock would be better, but this is WAY nice. Here's hoping I'll be sleeping in this new little house by this weekend. No work on the bricks yet (slacker) but hopefully soon! I'll keep everyone posted!

  7. Looks awesome, Miri! And your jammies are quite spiffing :D

  8. Thanks, Anna. They're quite comfy, also. :)
